Rebel Daydreams is proud to present our first ever dramatic piece, “Escaping Luna”. Note that this work deals with themes of forced migration, loss, and intergenerational trauma.
In “Escaping Luna”, a lesbian couple flee a collapsing moon colony. The colony is no longer profitable and so supply shuttles from Earth are stopping. Only those who can afford a ticket back to Earth will survive. As the CEO’s daughter tries to secure a ticket for her gutter-punk girlfriend, riots break out. Will they be able to return home?
